Shipping Regions 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted EU‑based partners.

Delivery Times

UK delivery: 4–10 business days EU delivery: 3–7 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Customs & Duties 

UK customers typically do not pay additional customs fees for EU‑origin shipments. EU customers will not incur customs charges for intra‑EU deliveries.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number and carrier information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@thedesklabofficial.com and we will assist you. While carrier delays are outside our control, we will always help you resolve any issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. TheDeskLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
